  3. Via Fax, Mail or In-Person: You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms). Complete the application and fax, mail, or bring it to the office with you for completion of service application. A picture ID is required.

Riviera Utilities is a not-for-profit, public utility located in Baldwin County, Alabama. Riviera offers electric, water, natural gas, wastewater, broadband and appliance/A/C services. Created by the City of Foley in 1916 to serve the residents of Foley and surrounding communities, Riveria later expanded to include nine additional municipalities in Baldwin County. Our goal is to provide reliable services at the best value for our customers, today and for future generations.

The main office is located at 413 East Laurel Avenue, and a branch office is located at 700 Whispering Pines Road in Daphne, Alabama. The Daphne location provides electrical service to Daphne, Point Clear, Spanish Fort and portions of Fairhope.

Riviera Utilities operates under a general manager with policies set by a five member board of directors.
