Disconnect Services

We will need your name, account number, service address, telephone number, and forwarding address to process your disconnect. You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms ). If you are moving, remember, you are responsible for all account charges until you notify Riviera Utilities to close your account. Be sure to contact your local office for immediate service.

7-16-2021 – Four (4) Sanitary Sewer Overflows

The Utilities Board of the City of Foley is reporting four (4) separate Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) events on July 16, 2021 as a result of a rain event which produced approximately 5.5 inches of rain in a period of 2-3 hours resulting in a flash flood event. These SSOs occurred at the following locations:

  1. Crown Walk Lift Station (30.359008, -87.700337)
  2. S. Mckenzie Street and Count Road 20 (30.369836, -87.683455)
  3. E. Section Avenue and Vulcan Street (30.414004, -87.679812)
  4. Pebble Creek Lift Station (30.373951, -87.707309)

Below is a link to ADEM’s SSO map which provides the locations of the SSOs as well as data from the SSOs. We urge residents to exercise caution using these bodies of water for recreational purposes, thoroughly cook any fish or seafood caught in these areas, and thoroughly wash hands after handling any fish or seafood from these areas.
