  3. Via Fax, Mail or In-Person: You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms). Complete the application and fax, mail, or bring it to the office with you for completion of service application. A picture ID is required.

Disconnect Services

Online, phone, mail, or stopping by the office.

We will need your name, account number, service address, telephone number, and forwarding address to process your disconnect. You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms ). If you are moving, remember, you are responsible for all account charges until you notify Riviera Utilities to close your account. Be sure to contact your local office for immediate service.

Natural Gas Awareness Survey


Once you click on the link, read the informative pages on Natural Gas Awareness. Answer the questions at the end of the survey, and input your information to qualify for a drawing for a $500.00 gift card. These informative pages describe natural gas pipelines, natural gas pipeline markings, how to recognize a leak and information on the “Call Before You Dig” program. This survey is part of the federally mandated public awareness plan for Riviera Utilities Natural Gas Department. Contest Deadline, Rules & Regulations: Deadline for entry is Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Winner will be selected on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 and notified within 5 business days by phone. Winner must be a Riviera Utilities customer. Winner will have 5 business days from date of notification to claim prize. If the prize is not claimed by Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 5 p.m., a new winner will be selected and notified. This process will recur under the above terms and conditions, until a winner claims and receives the contest prize. Participants must be 19 years of age or older.
