  3. Via Fax, Mail or In-Person: You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms). Complete the application and fax, mail, or bring it to the office with you for completion of service application. A picture ID is required.

We will need your name, account number, service address, telephone number, and forwarding address to process your disconnect. You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms ). If you are moving, remember, you are responsible for all account charges until you notify Riviera Utilities to close your account. Be sure to contact your local office for immediate service.

Cyber Alert


PLEASE BE AWARE – Riviera Utilities was hit with a cyber attack targeting our email systems. Thanks to our diligent customers who reported unusual email activity and our amazing IT Department, we were able to swiftly initiate our containment and remediation protocols keeping it from infiltrating any of our other servers. We have engaged a third-party cyber security firm to help us further investigate the scope of the attack. We know our customers and community stakeholders are concerned about the security of personal information. We will contact those affected with more information and to offer our assistance once the investigation is complete.
