  2. Via Fax, Mail or Email: You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms). Complete the application and fax, mail, email or bring it to the office with you for completion of service application. A picture ID is required.

Disconnect Services

Phone, email, or stopping by the office.

We will need your name, account number, service address, telephone number, and forwarding address to process your disconnect. You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms ). If you are moving, remember, you are responsible for all account charges until you notify Riviera Utilities to close your account. Be sure to contact your local office for immediate service.

Cable Rate Change


Riviera Utilities will implement a cable rate increase of $13.75 beginning January 1, 2018. Rivieras goal is to provide quality services to customers. Rivieras rates reflect the costs required to provide the programming and services that customers expect. Rate increases are effective January 1, 2018 and are available at www.rivierautilities.com. Customers can also contact us at 943-5001. When does the cable rate increase become effective? All rates are effective January 1, 2018. How much is the increase? $13.75 Why are the rate increases necessary? The increase is due to the utilitys increasing basic cost of providing and maintaining the infrastructure and broadcast rights necessary for delivering quality programming to Riviera customers.
