We will need your name, account number, service address, telephone number, and forwarding address to process your disconnect. You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms ). If you are moving, remember, you are responsible for all account charges until you notify Riviera Utilities to close your account. Be sure to contact your local office for immediate service.

SSO on September 17


Riviera Utilities experienced a Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) on August 7, 2017 from approximately 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the sanitary sewer manhole near 2688 Hampton Park Circle in Foley. The cause of the SSO was a grease blockage in the sanitary sewer main. The sanitary sewer main was cleaned with a high pressure water nozzle and vacuum truck and the grease blockage was removed. The area where the SSO occurred was also cleaned. We estimate the total discharge was less than 1,000 gallons.
