  3. Via Fax, Mail or In-Person: You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms). Complete the application and fax, mail, or bring it to the office with you for completion of service application. A picture ID is required.

Auto-Draft Update Notice for Select Riviera Utilities Customers


Some Riviera Utilities customers may have recently received a phone call, letter, or email from us regarding an update to their auto-draft payment information.

If you did not receive a communication from Riviera Utilities, there is no action needed at this time.

Why some customers are being contacted

Riviera Utilities is completing an upcoming system upgrade. As part of this process, a small number of customers are being asked to update their auto-draft banking information. Customers who are contacted have auto-draft information that has not been updated in more than three years.

Refreshing this information helps ensure a smooth system transition and prevents any potential interruption to auto-draft payments.

What to do if you received a notice

If you received a call, letter, or email from Riviera Utilities, the process is simple, and our Customer Service team is happy to assist you:

  1. Contact Riviera Utilities Customer Service to authorize the removal of your current banking information and provide an email address for login purposes.

  2. Log in to your Riviera Utilities account and add your updated auto-draft payment information.

Failure to complete these steps could result in a failed auto-draft payment.
