  2. Come to our office: Please come to the office in your area and ask to see someone in Customer Service. You will need to have the physical address of the home or business where the service is needed. A picture ID is required.
     
  3. Via Fax, Mail or In-Person: You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms). Complete the application and fax, mail, or bring it to the office with you for completion of service application. A picture ID is required.

Disconnect Services

Online, phone, mail, or stopping by the office.

We will need your name, account number, service address, telephone number, and forwarding address to process your disconnect. You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms ). If you are moving, remember, you are responsible for all account charges until you notify Riviera Utilities to close your account. Be sure to contact your local office for immediate service.

Riviera Begins Offering Internet Services


Riviera Utilities has been installing the equipment and infrastructure needed to offer High Speed Internet Service to our cable TV customers. We will offer our Internet Service to customers in small areas starting with current cable customers closest to the office and moving out from there. Installs began in the first area on August 1, 2017. We are currently on node 1. Letters are going to be sent to current cable customers as Internet becomes available in each area. There are two ways to sign up for service when service becomes available in your area.

You can call our office at 251-943-5001 and ask to speak to a customer service representative or stop by our office at 413 E. Laurel Avenue in Foley and one of our customer service representatives will answer your questions and complete your application for service. Riviera Utilities appreciates the opportunity you have given us to serve your entertainment needs and we look forward to this opportunity to provide reliable High Speed Internet Service. We also ask for your patience as we begin rolling out this new entertainment option to our customers.

  • 25Mbps Download/3Mbps Upload for $49.95 per month
  • 25Mbps Download/3Mbps Upload with WiFi for $53.95 per month
  • 50Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload for $59.95 per month
  • 50Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload with WiFi for $63.95 per month

* Modems or wireless gateways will be supplied with each package at no cost.
* A $10.00 bundled discount will apply to customers who subscribe to any video package.
