  2. Via Fax, Mail or In-Person: You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms). Complete the application and fax, mail, or bring it to the office with you for completion of service application. A picture ID is required.

Riviera Utilities is a great place to work. In fact, it is a great place for anyone to build a career! It takes a variety of skills to keep the utilities going for our community. Support roles, like accounting, purchasing, and customer service, are all vital to the services we provide. Each person brings something different to the company, and every person is important! One of my favorite things about Riviera is the opportunity each employee has to grow and be their best! Riviera Utilities provides many opportunities for growth and career advancement. We provide training on new job skills, safety training, leadership training, and tuition reimbursement, just to name a few. Riviera is one of those companies where people feel like they have finally found what they were looking for: a great place to work and a place to belong. I began my career at Riviera in the Daphne office back in 2015. I was eventually moved to our Foley office where I was promoted to Assistant Head Cashier by the end of 2018. I really enjoy working with numbers, keeping balance of our cash drawers, and interacting with customers. The employees here at Riviera make it such an upbeat and positive environment to work in. I enjoy putting a smile on customer’s faces and I am proud to be a part of the Riviera team.

I enjoy coming to work every day at Riviera because knowing what we do helps provide utility services to our community, gives me pride in my job. We help keep our water plants, lift stations, gas system, wastewater plant, electric system, and Cable TV system fully operational. I am very grateful to be part of the Riviera team.
