To report an outage please call the Riviera Utilities automated outage reporting system. For the Foley area call 943-4999 and for the Daphne area call 625-4999.
The automated outage system uses the phones caller id to identify your Riviera Utilities account. When you call from a phone number not listed under your account the system will not be able to locate your Riviera account and will ask you to key in the phone number listed under your account. So please keep your account information updated so that we can better serve you and respond quickly to your outage. The system will hold up to three numbers per account... home number, cell, spouses cell, etc.
This automated system will identify your account, provide us your address, and identify your location on our map faster than we can do this manually. One of the ways the system can do this is by handling up to 46 calls at the same time while the main office lines with a person can handle only 12 lines at a time.
