Riviera Utilities Water Department
Water is like the air we breath and the electricity that powers our homes and affects much of our lives. You don't think about it until it's not there, unless you're Riviera Utilities. We provide safe, dependable and plentiful water to more than 6,800 households. Riviera Utilities Water Department is fortunate to have an abundant supply of water from 5 wells located throughout the area. Water from these wells is pumped to one of our two Riviera Utilities Water Plants, where the treatment process includes PH control, chlorination, corrosion control, and fluoridation. The treatment plant can supply up to 4.25 million gallons per day. Riviera Utilities Water Department meets the standards of both ADEM and EPA performing lab tests continually to ensure the highest water quality is produced for our local community and service area.
