At this site, you will have access to information regarding electricity, water, wastewater, gas, and tv cable services concerning system descriptions, rates, safety, and other information. At the customer service section you will find information on applying for service, billing and collection policies, fees, and deposits. Riviera Utilities Main Office is located at 413 East Laurel Ave. in the City of Foley, Alabama, and is responsible for providing electric, water, wastewater, natural gas services and tv cable service within the corporate limits of the City. A branch office can also be found at 700 Whispering Pines Road in the City of Daphne, Alabama, and provides electrical service to Daphne, Point Clear, Spanish Fort, and portions of Fairhope. Riviera Utilities operates under a general manager with policies set by a five member board of directors. Riviera Utilities operates a water treatment plant and a wastewater treatment plant for its residents. Riviera Utilities serves other municipals as well which include Bon Secour, Daphne, Elberta, Gulf Shores, Lillian, Loxley, Magnolia Springs, Robertsdale, and Summerdale. Our mission is to continuously provide high quality reliable service to our customers at reasonable rates, while constantly striving to improve ourselves and the communities we serve. |
