Billing Late Charges
Any account not paid on or before the due date on the front of the bill will be assessed the late charge stated on the front of the bill. Payments received after 2:00 P.M. will be credited to your account on the following Riviera Utilities business Day. As authorized by our Board of Directors on May 15, 2001 and put into effect June 1, 2001 delinquent fees will be handle as follows: 1. Collection Only $15.00 2. Collection and reconnection during regular office hours $45.00 3. Collection and reconnection after regular office hours $65.00
