Participation in Riviera's bank draft program is simple and free. Members who pay their bills through the bank draft program will receive a monthly statement indicating the amount paid for their electric bill. Debit and Credit Cards Debit and Credit Cards Members now have the convenience of paying electric bills with their personal debit and/or credit cards through SpeedPay services.
