Riviera Utilities employee's are well known for very active community involvement, from local playgrounds and parks to programs initiated by the local chapters of the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Ecumenical Ministries, and the United Way. They are busy in the community educating the young and old about safety and emergency preparedness. They do their part to help the communities where they live whenever the need arises.
Riviera employees participate in the American Heart Walk and the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life which are non-competitive walking events geared to companies. Participants raise money to fight heart disease, stroke, and cancer and then walk in the events.
Riviera employees are also involved in the United Way, Habitat for Humanity and several other events and festivals. The most popular festival's to the employees are the Heritage Harbor Days Festival in Foley, Silverhill Heritage Festival in Silverhill and the Jubilee Festival in Daphne.
Riviera Utilities employee's have a great love for the communities where they live. Many are volunteer fire fighters, city council members, and very caring individuals. They make a difference in the strength and solidarity of their communities by being the best they can be. With their hard work, they improve the lives of children, youth and their families. We salute each and every Riviera employee volunteer.
