Disconnect Services

We will need your name, account number, service address, telephone number, and forwarding address to process your disconnect. You may download an application from this website ( go to download forms ). If you are moving, remember, you are responsible for all account charges until you notify Riviera Utilities to close your account. Be sure to contact your local office for immediate service.

SSO 2/11

Riviera Utilites experienced a sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) at the Wolf Creek wastewater plant located at 1000 Greentree Lane, Foley, Alabama on Saturday, February 11, 2018.  Clarifier No. 1 overflowed as a result of being hydraulically overloaded due to a wet weather event of 5.86-inches of rain in 24 hours.  The SSO event began at 2:10AM and continued until 3:20AM.  The total discharge of the SSO event is approximately 124,000 gallons.
