As with all utilities, you will receive a bill each month. Riviera Utilities issues bills in 4 cycles, billing at different times during the month.
Should you not receive your bill near the normal billing date, please call us as we cannot be responsible for delays in mailing caused by the postal service.
Your billing date is determined by where your account is located in our system. All billing cycles are arranged geographically to make our meter reading efforts as efficient as possible. The amount of your bill is determined by a monthly meter reading taken by a meter reader. If you pay your bill before the late-after date provided on the bill, you can avoid the late charge. Each cycle has a late-after date which doesn't change month to month. Please use the return portion of your bill when paying so that proper credit may be given, and write your account number on the check when paying by check.
