Q.When is my bill due? A.You bill is due upon receipt and is late approximately two weeks after your billing date. Q.When will my bill draft from my bank account? A.It will draft from your bank on the due date on your statement. Q.Can I pay my bill over the phone? A.Yes, you can pay your bill over the phone with your credit or debit card. Call our cashier department between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday to pay your bill. You can pay by calling the call center between the hours of 8 am - 11 pm, Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Saturday and 8 am - 4 pm Sunday. The number to call for all of these transactions is 943-5001. Q.Can I pay my bill online? A.Yes, you can pay your bill by credit or debit card. Go to our home page at www.rivierautilities.com and click where it says Pay My Bill. You will need your account number + zip code to use this method. Q.How long will it take to get my service turned on? A.Generally, if you sign up and pay your deposits by 2p.m. you service can be turned on the same day. Q.Where is Riviera Utilities located? A.Go to our homepage at www.rivierautilities.com and click on Contact Us. You will be able to get directions to either of our locations on that page. Q.How much will my deposit be? A.Electric $300.00

Deposits can be waived or lowered if a letter of credit or good payment history from your previous utility company is presented. Also, if adequate credit score from Eqifax is obtained, a deposit can be waived or lowered. Cable deposits will depend on which cable package is selected.
