WEAR TV 3 NOT BEING REMOVED FROM RIVIERA CABLE SERVICE Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009 There is a new dispute between WEAR 3 and Mediacom concerning retransmission agreements and consent to carry their programming. WEAR TV3 ran a report last night (Dec. 14, 2009) on the 6 o'clock news about the possibility that Mediacom may be losing their programming signal on December 31. This dispute does not include Riviera Utilities Cable service and WE WILL CONTINUE TO AIR WEAR TV3 WITHOUT A LOSS OF SIGNAL. For more information, call Riviera Utilities at 943-5001.
